About the Role Alcoa is seeking a Remelting Operator A to join our team at the Poços de Caldas facility to carry out activities in accordance with operational and safety procedures. Key responsibilities include:* Handling liquid metal; * Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, and tractors; * Assisting with furnace-related activities; * Performing organization and cleaning tasks. What you can bring to this role:* Education: Completed High School; * Preferred: Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics; * Requirement: Driver’s License Category B; * Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Requirement: Availability to work rotating shifts (6 days on, 2 days off); * Residence in Poços de Caldas/MG.
