Here, you will find space for learning, professional growth, and active participation in projects that directly impact company results and our customers' experience. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for managing procurement processes for the portfolio under your supervision, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective fulfillment of construction site demands through critical analysis, negotiation, and supplier management. Key responsibilities: * Prospect, qualify, and develop suppliers to ensure competitiveness and reliability in supply. * Critically analyze purchase requests received from construction sites, ensuring technical consistency, quantitative accuracy, and alignment with the budget. * Review, monitor, and validate purchase lists according to construction schedules and needs, aligning with engineering teams whenever necessary. * Conduct quotation processes with pre-qualified suppliers, ensuring broad competition. * Prepare competitive bidding maps, performing technical and commercial equalization of proposals. * Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, delivery timelines, payment conditions, and other contractual clauses. * Analyze budget balances and available funding to support purchasing decisions. * Monitor material consumption at construction sites, contributing to cost control and preventing deviations. * Track open purchase orders in the system, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and resolving pending issues. * Provide technical support to engineers and administrative teams in opening and managing purchase requests in the system. * Support the budgeting department in cost composition for new developments by providing market information and historical purchasing data. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or related fields); * Prior experience in procurement and purchasing within the civil construction sector; * Knowledge of procurement processes, quotations, negotiation, and supplier management; * Ability to critically analyze purchase requests and interpret technical requirements; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level); Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Desirable experience: * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Sienge or similar); * Experience working on construction sites or with real estate developers; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Familiarity with construction budgeting and cost composition; * Experience preparing competitive bidding maps and technical equalization. **Additional information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support Program * Annual Bonus * Multi-Benefit Card (Swile) * Partnerships: Pharmacy and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) * Birthday Day Off * Right Referral Program: Clients and Employees * Career Development Plan * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass * Commuter Allowance (paid via payroll) ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Do you want to join a company that transforms people's lives and cities' futures?
