Conduct technical training and root cause analyses About the job Our production team is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to serve as the technical reference for loss management, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of production processes, working onsite at our factory in Poços de Caldas - MG. This person will be responsible for leading analyses, implementing statistical control routines, training operational teams, and ensuring standardization and evolution of processes within the area. * Lead loss management and operational efficiency across production lines, ensuring visibility, critical analysis, and structured action plans. * Implement, monitor, and enhance statistical process control (SPC), ensuring operational stability and performance. * Develop and deliver technical training for supervisors and operators, focusing on losses, efficiency, and best production practices. * Actively drive process standardization, development of work methods, and maintenance of operational discipline. * Conduct root cause analyses, propose robust solutions, and track the effectiveness of implemented actions. * Serve as the functional knowledge management guardian for the cell, ensuring documentation, updates, and dissemination. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other partner areas to accelerate continuous improvement.
