Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and controlling stock, ensuring data integrity and warehouse organization, using WMS/ERP systems and report analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with WMS/ERP and MS Excel for inventory and stock management 2. Focus on warehouse organization and product identification 3. Collaboration with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams #### **Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic stock counts (cyclic, geographic, and annual) according to the established schedule. * Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records, proposing corrective actions. * Generate and analyze inventory reports, stock turnover, and obsolescence reports to support logistics and procurement decisions. * Organize and standardize product storage, applying appropriate identification and optimizing physical space. * Issue identifications for new locations created in the WMS. * Perform necessary systemic movements in the internal WMS and monitor physical execution to correct potential deviations. * Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure stock availability and integrity. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in inventory, warehousing, or stock control roles. * Practical knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, etc.). * Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, especially Microsoft Excel (functions, filters, pivot tables). * Familiarity with goods receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. * Completed high school education; technical course in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Ability to operate equipment such as data collectors and barcode scanners. * Analytical capability to identify and resolve stock discrepancy issues. #### **Skills** * Stock Counting * WMS/ERP Systems * Microsoft Excel * Barcode Reading * Stock Reconciliation * Inventory Reporting * Warehouse Organization * Stock Management * Data Analysis ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, TotalPass, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, On-site Cafeteria, Vitta (Telemedicine), Hybrid Work Schedule, Auster (Emotional Support Program) ### **Department:** Inventory
