Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Receipt and Inspection:** Validate incoming goods by cross-checking invoices against physical deliveries. * **Slotting:** Organize where each batch is stored in the warehouse to optimize picking (order preparation). In food companies, strict adherence to **FEFO (First Expired, First Out)** is essential to prevent losses due to expiration. * **Damage Monitoring:** Identify and segregate products with damaged packaging, ensuring only items meeting Três Corações’ quality standards reach customers. * **Cycle Counts:** Perform daily or weekly counts of specific product groups to ensure SAP inventory balances match shelf stock. * **Discrepancy Resolution:** Investigate reasons for shortages or overages of specific items. * **Date Management (Expiry):** Rigorously manage "Shelf Life". * **Document Issuance:** Prepare loading manifests and support freight invoice release for drivers. * **Delivery Follow-up:** Maintain contact with fleet or third-party logistics providers to ensure loaded orders depart on schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed high school. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
