Develop and implement continuous improvement projects A recruitment and selection company is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager in Viana. Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Manage receiving, warehousing, material handling, inventory control, stocktaking, order picking, shipping, and transportation operations. Lead operational teams, coordinators, and supervisors, promoting development, high performance, and succession planning. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), budget, productivity, costs, and service levels. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and operational efficiency enhancements. Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize picking, warehousing, and shipping processes. Manage freight carriers, route planning, freight costs, and interdepartmental coordination with Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT departments. Plan operational capacity, logistics layout, team sizing, and operational investments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and established SLAs. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Supervisor, Transportation Manager, or Logistics Director may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
