Leading continuous improvement and efficiency projects **Job Mission** Manage the strategic and tactical logistics operations of the DC, ensuring achievement of results, process standardization, leadership development, and compliance with performance, safety, quality, and cost indicators. **Main Responsibilities** \- Manage logistics operations in an integrated manner, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency; \- Lead and develop supervisors, acting as a people development and succession agent; \- Analyze operational indicators (SLA, productivity, absenteeism, turnover, costs) and define action plans; \- Ensure adherence to processes, internal policies, and company guidelines; \- Serve as the focal point for DC operations when collaborating with corporate and regional departments. – iFood; \- Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. **Technical Requirements** \- Proven experience in medium-to-large-scale logistics operations; \- Prior experience managing team leaders; \- Experience with KPIs, management routines, and continuous improvement initiatives; \- Knowledge of logistics management systems.
