We are seeking a production process facilitator for the metallurgical division of the Autoglass Group, participating in the manufacturing and assembly of metal components and structures, ensuring dimensional accuracy, technical quality, and compliance with provided engineering drawings. If you enjoy operational work and continuously think about process improvements, apply today! **Responsibilities:** * Perform metal part cutting, bending, drilling, and assembly according to engineering drawings or instructions; * Execute welding (MIG/MAG/TIG/arc welding) when trained and qualified. * Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish per Quality standards; * Identify requirements for adjustments; * Organize, sort, and verify materials per Work Order (WO) and technical bill of materials; * Perform on-site assembly of structures, possibly at height; * Accurately record WOs in the system (where applicable); * Maintain tools, machines, and measuring equipment; * Meet the production schedule aligned with Production Control and leadership; * Assist in loading and unloading parts, preparing them for shipment. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Basic ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Experience in sheet metalworking or basic metallurgy; * Fundamental knowledge of measurement; * Familiarity with manual (cutting and bending) and electric tools; * Ability to organize parts and basic understanding of production flow; * Preferred experience in fabrication and installation of metal roofs and structures.
