All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop departmental procedures in accordance with established standards; * Identify improvements in processes and tools used for inventory management; * Manage physical inventories requested and planned by the client; * Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies, establishing corrective actions to address deviations and improve inventory accuracy; * Identify and assess resources required for inventory management; * Identify and facilitate team training; * Ensure achievement of targets agreed upon with Operations Management; * Keep the client and immediate supervision informed about inventory movement and stock levels; * Maintain an organized workspace according to established standards; * Guarantee compliance with regulations and procedures; * Know and apply Safety, Health, and Environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education Level: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) and inventory management systems; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory administration and team leadership is preferred; * Must have easy access to the Viana\-ES region. **Additional Information** You already know the traditional benefits — and we offer those too.
