Description We are seeking a **Senior Human Resources Assistant** to focus on executing and verifying labor-related routines, ensuring accuracy in HR processes and serving as the liaison between the company and accounting. This professional will play a crucial role in organizing information, ensuring compliance with legislation, and supporting employees—directly contributing to the security and efficiency of internal processes. The responsibilities include: ✔ Performing daily maintenance and verification of timekeeping records; ✔ Submitting and validating data for payroll processing; ✔ Executing and verifying labor calculations (vacation, termination, overtime, statutory charges); ✔ Managing benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health and dental plans, life insurance, among others; ✔ Conducting digital onboarding and ensuring proper documentation of employee records; ✔ Monitoring absences, medical certificates, and occupational health examinations (ASOs); ✔ Supporting SESMT-related tasks, including PPE and uniform management; ✔ Providing assistance and support to employees regarding labor-related inquiries and benefits.
