Description We are looking for a **Senior Human Resources Assistant** focused on executing and verifying labor-related routine tasks, ensuring accuracy in HR processes and serving as the interface between the company and accounting. This professional will play an essential role in organizing information, complying with labor legislation, and supporting employees—directly contributing to the security and efficiency of internal processes. The role involves: ✔ Performing daily maintenance and verification of timekeeping records; ✔ Submitting and validating data for payroll processing; ✔ Executing and verifying labor calculations (vacation, termination, overtime, statutory charges); ✔ Managing benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health and dental plans, life insurance, among others; ✔ Conducting digital onboarding and ensuring proper documentation for employees; ✔ Monitoring leaves of absence, medical certificates, and Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs); ✔ Supporting SESMT requirements, including management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms; ✔ Providing employee assistance and support regarding labor-related questions and benefits.
