We are looking for a committed and proactive IT Support Analyst to support the technological operations of our team. **Job Description:** Serve as an on-site technical specialist handling in-person service requests from clients. Respond to incidents and service requests triggered via tickets logged in the service desk system. Act as the "interface" between the client’s contract managers and end users, and BS Tecnologia’s team. **Responsibilities:** * Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks; * System Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT systems and equipment; * Installation and Configuration: Install and configure hardware and software according to company requirements; * Configure and install network printers; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with the Windows operating system; * Knowledge of hardware/software maintenance for personal computers; * Experience with service desk systems; * Knowledge of printers/scanners; * Basic Microsoft 365 support skills; * Network printer (wired and Wi-Fi) configuration and installation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Wi-Fi, access point (AP), and switch configuration and operation; * Support for Outlook SMTP/IMAP configuration on computers and mobile devices; * Backup: local and cloud backup configuration; * Service desk system knowledge—ticket creation. **We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * A collaborative and challenging work environment; * Market-competitive benefits.
