With a robust infrastructure and specialized team, we deliver approximately 400 new trucks annually and perform over 30 technical services daily. Key Responsibilities and Duties: * Receptive and proactive customer service; * Schedule After-Sales services for the entire group; * Populate the scheduling system with appropriate information; * Identify customer needs (periodic maintenance, repairs, recalls, diagnostics, etc.); * Confirm appointments one day prior to the scheduled date. Profile: * Prior experience in scheduling roles; * Customer service skills; * Excellent verbal communication; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of appointment management systems. * Completion of customer service training courses will be considered a plus. **Join this team—you belong here!**
