Job Description Mission: Responsible for the organization’s external communication. Their activities include: maintaining positive relationships with customers, shareholders, investors, government bodies, and other regulatory agencies; representing the company as the liaison point between the organization, government entities, and community leaders; identifying, collecting, and sharing business information and knowledge, as well as employee knowledge and change management expertise. Responsibilities: * Plan and execute activities in accordance with Company guidelines and contractual requirements. * Develop and implement socio-educational and socio-environmental initiatives targeting served communities. * Establish partnerships with public agencies, social organizations, and community leaders. * Analyze the socioeconomic context of the Company’s operational territories, identifying characteristics of communities within these regions. * Conduct social communication with populations affected by construction works, providing clear information and promoting dialogue. * Proactively and strategically mitigate impacts arising from construction and operations, as well as mediate conflicts. * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and supporting materials for implemented initiatives. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators for projects and socio-environmental actions. * Support administrative processes within the department. * Develop control tools and management documents for the area. * Draft the Social Communication Plan and related supplementary documents. * Safeguard the Client’s and ACCIONA’s image before the community and the general public. Candidate Requirements Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Communications, Social Project Management, or related fields. * Driver’s License: Category B – Preferred. * Demonstrable experience in developing social projects and conducting social communication with populations impacted by infrastructure/sanitation construction projects. * Experience in administrative routines linked to social-impact projects. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (spreadsheets, charts, and reports). * Basic knowledge of logistics for organizing events, meetings, and field activities, including planning, participant mobilization, and operational support. * Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with diverse audiences, fostering dialogue and access to information. * Familiarity with fieldwork and administrative support routines for projects.
