Responsibilities Plan, control, and supervise construction activities. Monitor and oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and engineered wood design specifications. Conduct technical analyses, prepare construction schedule reports, and propose process optimization improvements. Coordinate work teams and collaborate across departments to ensure project efficiency. Monitor construction budgets, control costs, and ensure financial viability. Required Competencies Academic background in Civil Engineering, Wood Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or Building Technician. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency in construction management software and planning tools (e.g., MS Project). Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
