Job Summary: Operate soil and/or asphalt roller compactors to ensure material compaction quality on infrastructure, earthwork, and paving projects, while complying with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operate roller compactors on various infrastructure and paving projects. 2. Conduct daily inspections of the equipment to ensure proper functioning. 3. Work in compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. Operate soil and/or asphalt roller compactors to ensure material compaction quality on infrastructure, earthwork, paving, and maintenance projects, strictly adhering to safety, environmental, and operational procedure regulations. * Operate roller compactors for soil, crushed stone, sand, or asphalt compaction as required by the project. * + Perform daily equipment inspections, checking oil, water, filters, tires, hydraulic system, and overall functionality. + Complete the daily machine operation checklist. + Maintain equipment preservation, cleanliness, and proper usage. + Immediately report any defects, mechanical issues, or maintenance needs to the responsible department. + Carry out tasks according to technical standards and instructions from engineering and supervisory staff. + Always observe safety regulations and wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). + Support other operational activities on the construction site when necessary. + **Education:** Primary education (minimum) + **Mandatory Training:** Specific **Roller Compactor Operator** course with valid certification (NR 11 and/or NR 12, where applicable) + **Driver's License:** Appropriate category, typically **C or D** + **Experience:** Prior proven experience in this role is preferred
