Commercial support in complex negotiations and people development **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop the commercial team through daily morning meetings, continuous feedback, and training. * **Goal Management:** Define, monitor, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly goals, with full focus on conversion and productivity. * **Indicator Analysis (KPIs):** Monitor conversion rate, average transaction value, adherence, and service quality, transforming data into actionable plans. * **Commercial Support:** Directly engage in complex client negotiations to secure strategic sales closures. * **People Development:** Identify high-potential talent within the team and foster individual and collective engagement. * **Compliance and Processes:** Ensure adherence to company operational standards and internal policies. **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor's degree** (Business Administration or related fields). * Proven experience managing sales teams ***(experience in the financial or credit sector is a plus).*** * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and management systems for report analysis. * Analytical, disciplined profile with strong influence and decision-making capabilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Reside in Aquidauana or have easy access to the city center.** **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.026,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Compensation:** Commissions + Bonuses + Performance- and productivity-based incentives (results-oriented earnings). **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 18.50 per working day). **Working Hours and Schedule:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * **Work Model:** On-site.
