Work in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations Operate a motor grader to perform leveling, land shaping, road construction and maintenance, channel excavation, or agricultural area preparation, adhering to safety, environmental, and productivity standards. * Operate the motor grader for soil leveling, road construction and maintenance, trenching, embankments, and other related tasks; * + Conduct daily pre-operation equipment checks (oil, coolant, tires, hydraulic system); + Maintain the machine in good condition and report requirements for preventive or corrective maintenance; + Follow project instructions and technical guidance from engineers or supervisors; + Complete operation checklists or reports when requested; + Comply with safety regulations and mandatory PPE usage; + Exercise caution to prevent damage to equipment, the environment, and nearby personnel.
