Work involving statistical analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking an Intern to work in the Collections Department, supporting the team in the statistical analysis of the database and monitoring delinquency indicators. The intern will have the opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, report creation, and indicator tracking, contributing to strategic decision-making within the department. Responsibilities: Statistically analyze the internal database of the collections department; Support the monitoring and control of delinquency indicators; Investigate and analyze the profile of delinquent customers, identifying patterns and behaviors; Assist in preparing analytical and management reports; Support the monthly closing of data related to delinquency and credit recovery; Comply with standard operational procedures established for the collections department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Statistics or related fields; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Basic mathematics knowledge; Strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation; Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERN **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $1,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER COB **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
