Job Summary:
Coordinate and supervise teams of electricians in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate and supervise MV and LV electrician teams in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
* Assign tasks according to team members' technical proficiency, assessing risks and operational conditions prior to service commencement.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-35, internal procedures, and utility company standards).
* Monitor field service execution, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Conduct preliminary risk analyses (PRA) and Daily Safety Dialogues (DSD) with teams.
* Provide guidance on proper use of PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), tools, and operational vehicles.
* Interpret project documents, work orders, electrical diagrams, and schedules.
* Monitor productivity, technical quality, and execution deadlines.
* Serve as the liaison between operational teams and supervision/engineering.
* Record incidents, non-conformities, and accidents; propose corrective actions.
* Support training programs, onboarding of new employees, and technical refresher courses.
* Make rapid decisions in critical situations, always prioritizing personnel safety.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in electrotechnology, electromechanics, or related fields;
* Electrician Training for Power Distribution Networks;
* Driver's license, Category B.

**Experience**
* Proven experience in MV/LV distribution network activities.
