




**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma completed. * Experience in receiving, checking, picking and moving goods. * Experience with SAP system will be considered a differentiator. * Desired ability in managing priorities. * Capacity for learning, practice, and consistent respect for company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **What is the daily routine of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative reception of commercial and non-commercial goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, measurements, reference, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receiving, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records on the inspection report all relevant information regarding received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.), ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods in the correct warehouse location by reading the receiving form, facilitating future order preparation for pickup or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security tags to theft-sensitive products, ensuring goods delivered to stores are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow types, whether store or warehouse items. + Releases goods for storage in Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (Cautela). + Performs anti-theft actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, ensuring smooth vehicle flow in the Goods Reception yard and correct handling of handling equipment (pallet jacks, "cages", etc.). + Keeps equipment, work tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Conducts safe stacking of pallets to avoid damage to property and people. + Maintains the receiving area clean and organized, helping prevent theft and workplace accidents. + Receives markdowns validated by the Store, performing qualitative and quantitative verification and placing marked products in the disposal area. + Receives returns to suppliers, validated by the Store, performs quali-quantitative checks, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative checks, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Carries out RSS (reserve on stock) picking, identifying products and informing the commercial department about the pick. + Organizes product locations, physically reserving space and managing rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers quickly and courteously, loading them into the customer's vehicle. + Picks and checks goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup in the goods collection area or for freight carriers (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures quality and reliability of inventory. + Checks daily orders generated by the sales department, analyzes required data consistency in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes chronological order picking, and releases them for invoicing. + Provides telephone support informing customers about delivery times. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor about any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in the smooth execution of warehouse addressing (set-up, rotating inventories, etc.). + Performs daily processing of canceled RSS orders. + Registers incidents related to goods markdowns identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and acts as a contact point with third-party logistics carriers. + Works together with the Customer Service team on preventive actions for potential goods issues. + Reports to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager any occurrences involving goods problems. + Acts as the reference person at the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Respects safety regulations.
