Objective:** Responsible for logistics cost forecasting and closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to internal customers. Identifies opportunities for financial and operational improvement, ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of information while meeting established schedule deadlines. Leads continuous improvement projects in logistics processes to elevate the maturity level and complexity of operational/strategic discussions with the logistics management team and the Supply Chain Finance team. **2\. Responsibilities:** Logistics Cost Control and Analysis I – Prepare weekly logistics cost performance reports following business cycle routines to highlight any deviations between actual and planned results. II – Support client areas (transportation, customer service, and warehousing) in understanding and developing action plans to close gaps between actual and planned results. III – Manage logistics operational KPIs, linking operational performance to financial outcomes. IV – Consolidate operational logistics costs and calculate price, volume, and mix effects by SKU and state (UF). V – Review and adjust cost forecasts in response to operational and market changes. VI – Prepare monthly cost performance reports, adhering to the cost closing schedule and cycle. VII – Develop cost and financial forecasting models. VIII – Develop management dashboards. IX – Analyze feasibility of capital expenditure (CAPEX), operational, and palletization improvement projects. Annual Responsibilities I – Actively participate in the financial and operational logistics budgeting process (AOP). II – Lead cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction initiatives (Champions/VA days). **3\. Requirements:** – Advanced Excel proficiency required – Experience in cost control, controller functions, or supply chain – **Intermediate English preferred** – Power BI experience preferred **4\.
