We have a partnership opportunity in the field of process engineering. * Collect, analyze, and recommend improvements based on operational data and performance trends; * Plan and schedule maintenance based on reliability models and predictive technologies; * Lead training sessions on equipment and processes; * Evaluate and recommend changes to manufacturing equipment and processes; * Plan and monitor production shutdowns with focus on legal compliance and preventive maintenance; * Collaborate on capital projects to find more efficient and cost-effective solutions; * Interface with outsourced teams to define priorities and develop competencies; * Engage in internal partnerships for benchmarking and defining operational strategies; * Independently resolve moderately complex problems, escalating more critical cases as needed; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in routine operations; * Monitor production results and support supervisors in meeting customer requirements and schedules; * Develop and track operational plans across various departments, processes, and shifts. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent experience; * Knowledge of grains, oils, and fats processing; * Minimum of one year of directly related work experience; * Strong data analysis skills, including continuous improvement experience or certifications.
