




**Description:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Previous experience in the role, demonstrating mastery of the position’s duties and responsibilities; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:34 PM. Leadership and team management, ensuring alignment, productivity, and engagement; Direct involvement in identifying and resolving operational issues within the department; Strategic assignment of tasks among team members to ensure process efficiency; Planning of vacations, and preparation and organization of work schedules; Inspection and verification of products, ensuring compliance with quality standards; Analysis and verification of production demand, aligned with established targets; Proposal of continuous improvements to optimize departmental processes; Active participation in meetings with management, contributing information and performance indicators; Proper handling of food, following safety regulations and good hygiene practices; Monitoring of Critical Control Point (CCP) 3, according to operational needs and food safety requirements. 2511290202181894472
