Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring cargo assembly and loading, warehouse organization, inventory coordination, routine scheduling, and team support. Key Highlights: 1. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (reports, charts, and KPIs); Availability to work the second shift, Monday through Saturday. Ensure cargo assembly and loading, performing verifications and monitoring operational flow; Support warehouse organization, equipment and asset cleaning and maintenance; Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as required; Coordinate rotating and monthly inventories, analyzing variances and root causes; Schedule and assign daily tasks, conducting team meetings and training sessions; Support onboarding and development of new employees; Disseminate daily quality announcements and topics; Participate in internal and external audits and propose continuous improvements; Contribute to logistics area KPIs and reports. 251210020218546879
