




The Grill Master will be responsible for preparing, grilling, and serving premium and traditional cuts of meat, ensuring the quality standard and distinctive flavor characteristic of Carneiro Prime Restaurant. They will also be responsible for organizing the grill, monitoring the doneness of meats, and supporting the kitchen team. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare and grill meats over charcoal according to house standards; * Select, cut, and season meat cuts using appropriate techniques; * Ensure proper handling and storage of food; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation and grill area; * Monitor orders and serve meats at the requested doneness; * Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety; * Support the kitchen team with tasks related to meat preparation. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a grill master or in similar roles; * Knowledge of meat cuts, seasonings, and doneness levels; * Agility, organization, and strong teamwork skills; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in barbecue restaurants or all-you-can-eat (rodízio) establishments; * Knowledge of premium meats and roasting techniques. **Benefits:** * Attendance bonus of R$ 250.00 * Transportation voucher * On-site meals * Health insurance after hiring Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: starting from R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Transportation voucher Experience: * Barbecue restaurant (preferred) Work location: On-site
