Our Team At Roquette, the Production team is essential to ensure that every step of the manufacturing process occurs safely, precisely, and with high quality. We work collaboratively, with discipline and a constant drive for improvement, guaranteeing that our excipients meet the highest global standards. Your Mission You will play a fundamental role in conducting the area’s operational activities, contributing to productive efficiency, compliance with internal standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your work will directly impact process fluidity and the quality of delivered products. Your experience and talents will make a difference in: * Operating and monitoring equipment used in the manufacturing of excipients, following the Competency Matrix guidelines. * Performing production processes according to the area’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Performing box replacement and replenishment; * Performing tank replacement; * Controlling the process through weight and capsule thickness measurements; * Conducting color verification and replacement on HCMs. What We’d Love to See in You Strong focus, willingness to learn, teamwork spirit, and discipline.
