Job Summary: Monitor and validate delivery, return, and CHEP pallet processes, reporting information to optimize costs and ensure high service levels. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with carriers, customers, and internal departments **Job Description** ------------------- **Objective:** Track step-by-step the delivery, return/return merchandise authorization (RMA), and CHEP pallet processes; report, validate, and contribute information that ensures the lowest logistical cost and the highest service level for the end customer. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Monitor load and transportation scheduling; 2\. Monitor pickups throughout the day; 3\. Track in-transit loads by contacting drivers/carriers; 4\. Provide support to carriers, customers, and internal company departments; 5\. Analyze billing and shipping spreadsheets; 6\. Calculate the cost of all trips to minimize the cost-to-serve; 7\. Prepare dashboards, reports, and generate insights for logistics management, including transportation, freight, and route analyses; 8\.
