SENAI arrived in Goiás in 1952, with the construction of the pioneering Senai GO 1 School (today the Roberto Mange Senai Technology College) in Anápolis. When established, under the jurisdiction of the São Paulo Regional Delegation, Senai GO 1 offered only courses in fitting, mechanical turning, blacksmithing, electricity, and carpentry. The State’s economic context involved only a few hundred small, and even fewer medium-sized, industries.
Today, SENAI offers professional training across various programs delivered in modalities including industrial apprenticeship, technical qualification, technological undergraduate degrees, postgraduate studies, initiation, professional qualification, and professional upgrading, in addition to providing technical and technological advisory services across multiple areas.
As part of the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG), SENAI has accompanied the advancement of the industrial sector through continuous investment in improving and updating its human resources and teaching environments, seeking technological innovation as a means to contribute to industry competitiveness and State development.
Our **MISSION** is to promote professional education and higher education, innovation, and industrial technology transfer, contributing to increased industry competitiveness.
Our **VISION**, by 2027, is for SESI and SENAI to be recognized as industry partners and drivers of productivity and competitiveness.
