**All Posting Locations:** Nerópolis, Goiás, BR **Job Functions:** Manufacturing **Date Published:** November 17, 2025 **Ref\#:** R\-97261 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description **Position aimed at women/Black people/PWDs.** **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate Engineering projects for Nova Goiás and Brazil Distribution Center related to Replacement, Innovation, Cost Improvement, Capacity, Food Safety \& Quality, Regulatory \& Compliance packages, including implementation of new technologies, replacement of existing technologies, new structures, equipment, components, operating across 100% of the plant area, not limited to production areas but also utilities, yards, construction sites, and other external structures. Main objectives of the role: planning and implementing projects involving reduction of operational costs, productivity gains, implementation of new technologies, replacement of existing assets, food and process quality, and increased safety in our operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for managing small, medium, and large-scale Capital Projects; * Lead and manage projects/workstreams across various engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, automation, food industry processes, utilities, and related areas); * Manage procurement activities together with the Procurement team and suppliers; * Manage project risks while overseeing multiple simultaneous workstreams at different stages (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure); * Ensure high-quality project implementation through qualification, certification, and technical delivery methodologies; * Develop communication with stakeholders, strategically defining portfolios and/or leading project planning and execution; * Develop studies and documentation for project approvals, focusing on feasibility, RFI and RFQ preparation; * Lead workshop agendas, kick-offs, EEM meetings, and change management activities for projects; * Manage project timelines using MS Project schedules, integrating supplier schedules; * Lead engineering and execution teams throughout all project phases; * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, maintaining personal hygiene and health to ensure food safety and quality; * Manage KPIs and routines to drive successful project implementation; * Experience in CAPEX management and leadership of complex projects; * Propose and implement factory improvements to ensure best practices, reduce costs, assure quality, and promote employee safety and comfort; * Comply with food safety and quality standards and procedures by participating in trainings, controlling processes, investigating incidents, and ensuring safe and quality food production; * Conduct safety dialogues, inspections, and observations, adhering to rules and policies to prevent accidents and promote workplace health; * Comply with environmental regulations, preserving natural resources and avoiding waste and contamination. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Food, Chemical, Production, or related fields); * Proficiency in Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MS Project; * Experience in industrial projects and installations (mechanical, electrical, automation, civil); * Knowledge of machinery, equipment, systems, processes, and utilities used in food manufacturing; * Fluency in English.
