Logistics Assistant (Night Shift)

Job Summary: Responsible for issuing transportation documents, planning the distribution of goods, and ensuring internal systems are updated for pickups and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a team and manage multiple demands **Work Schedule:** From 7 PM to 5 AM (Monday to Friday) **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Issue drafts, CT-es (Transportation Electronic Documents), and air AWBs (Air Waybills). * Collaborate in planning the distribution of goods and defining vehicles for pickup routes. * Dispatch goods to airlines, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Maintain internal systems updated with accurate operational information. * Issue documents, manifests, and other required records for pickups and deliveries. * Record operational incidents when necessary and notify responsible parties for appropriate handling. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in transportation, logistics, or air cargo routines is a plus. * Knowledge of issuing CT-es, AWBs, and transportation documentation. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management ability. * Ability to work in a team and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
