We have over 6,700 employees and operate in 12 states and the Federal District, with 323 units distributed from north to south of the country. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and manage team work, defining work routines, customer engagement techniques, and strategies to meet goals and deadlines; * Supervise all administrative routines of the team; * Supervise general services such as couriers, messengers, transportation, cleaning, outsourced staff, equipment maintenance, furniture, facilities, etc.; * Be accountable for team goals and results, establishing progress plans and continuous improvement initiatives; * Monitor performance indicators within the area; * Plan and develop new projects when applicable; * Share knowledge, information, and goals with the entire team; * Control financial activities of the units; * Maintain relationships with customers, markets, and physicians; * Conduct local market analysis and establish partnerships with companies focused on customer acquisition and retention; * Manage organizational climate within the team, providing employees with a healthy and productive work environment; * Provide respectful feedback; * Report cases of low performance to HR management; * Conduct employee terminations together with HR when applicable; * Ensure company policies and standards are followed by the team; * Develop new leaders when applicable; * Propose actions for continuous improvement; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Flexible availability; * Previous experience in team/people management and biological sample collection. **Additional information** * Preferably from the healthcare field and with prior leadership experience * Possession of class AB driver's license A reference in healthcare, highlighted for people management and female leadership, dedicated to best sustainability practices and active in the communities where it operates, Grupo Sabin was born in the federal capital from the courage and determination of two entrepreneurs, Janete Vaz and Sandra Soares Costa, in 1984.
