




**All Posting Locations:** Nerópolis, Goiás, BR **Job Functions:** Manufacturing **Date Published:** November 7, 2025 **Ref\#:** R\-97956 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description **Position targeted for women/Black individuals/PWDs.** **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for coordinating the continuous improvement analysts team and being the main reference in management, methods, and continuous improvement within the factory, ensuring the correct implementation and sustainability of the KHMS system, with significant interaction with leadership and management teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the continuous improvement team and ensure the implementation of the company's management system; * Train leaders in identifying waste, using continuous improvement tools, and standardizing processes; * Manage problem-solving tools and PDCA cycles, ensuring progress in strategic KPIs; * Apply root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, process mapping) to address strategic gaps; * Implement and sustain the CI & Standardization pillar at the Nova Goiás plant according to global standards; * Comply with and promote Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements, supporting prevention and sustainability initiatives; * Participate in strategic planning with factory leadership, defining short-, medium-, and long-term goals; * Ensure all routines follow KHMS management system standards, guaranteeing continuous resolution of strategic issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; * SAP knowledge; * Intermediate English proficiency required; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: Lean methodology, TPM, implementation of management routines; familiarity with problem analysis and resolution tools; * Green Belt certification will be considered a plus.
