Join us and become part of this team building the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the production plan according to schedule; * Monitor sales by product/region and adjust forecasts based on commercial trends; * Organize raw materials and packaging for production; * Plan material requirements, issue daily work orders, and track production via system; * Request and verify receipt of raw materials and components; * Request purchases according to inventory levels and targets; * Generate controls and inventories to optimize processes; * Supervise the team, train staff on area procedures, and communicate goals and results to the team; * Continuously improve production processes; * Analyze productivity and control operational costs; * Keep leadership informed of departmental incidents; * Implement safety, organization, and cleanliness programs (5S); * Supervise production according to plan; * Reduce handling losses; * Prepare reports and KPIs (OEE, productivity, etc.); * Record and verify production output, review technical specifications, and close work orders; * Lead WCM pillars and ensure EHS compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint for presenting results; * Knowledge of SAP and Power BI systems.
