




**Description:** Complete bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields; Knowledge of billing systems (RM will be considered a differentiator); Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel; Knowledge of tax legislation. Previous experience in the role. Monitor the issuance of fiscal documents (NF, Invoices, XML, Correction Letter, GNRE) according to established standards and guidelines; Track orders, ensuring proper allocation according to load planning (new orders, transfers, returns, among others); Monitor administrative routines related to billing; Provide assistance to managers, representatives, drivers, and billing team members; Plan, organize, and support billing administrative procedures; Provide support to the Logistics department whenever necessary to prevent potential impacts on end-customer billing processes; Support internal and external clients (Shipping, Transportation, Sales, Finance, Tax, Accounting, PCP, among others) with information related to billing processes (improvements, changes, issue resolution, among others); Monitor the development and implementation of technical instructions within the area of responsibility to comply with corporate standards and guidelines; Monitor the review of billing processes; Monitor service level indicators according to established standards and report to corporate management when necessary; Provide technical support for billing processes at the unit and distribution centers supplied by the unit. 2511080202181058176
