Perform Set-Up. Create technical sheets. Record machine downtimes. Restart injection machines after any type of stoppage. Adjust process parameters when variations occur in produced parts. Conduct Try-Outs. Change and secure molds on machines. Adjust machine parameters. Detect mold defects. Clean machines, equipment and accessories as necessary. Identify mechanical and/or electrical issues and request support from maintenance department. Operate Mycom and industrial chilled water systems. Provide quality support to operators. Distribute tools and machines according to production plan, optimizing logistics as much as possible. Release products to the Quality Assurance department. Maintain organized work area and tools usage **Qualifications** Experience in the plastic packaging sector. Background in plastic injection. Experience with Engel, Pavan, Zaneti, Baten Feld, Sandreto machines is a plus.
