Ensuring proper and SLA-compliant escalation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12 x 36 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission** Ensure continuous visibility into the security environment by serving as the first line of defense, guaranteeing that no relevant event goes unnoticed and that initial incident response is rapid, accurate, and traceable. **Job Description** Performs SOC operations, monitoring multiple security platforms (EDR, CASB, WAF, Firewall, Zero Trust, etc.), conducting initial alert triage, executing standardized playbooks, and opening incidents—ensuring operational workflow continuity and information quality passed to higher tiers. * Key Responsibilities * Continuously monitor security tools and event sources; * Perform initial technical triage, distinguishing noise from genuine events; * Execute basic response playbooks; * Open, update, and maintain tickets with full traceability; * Collect and preserve initial evidence; * Ensure proper and SLA-compliant escalation; * Support generation of operational reports and SOC metrics. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree, or technical certification in IT; **Technical Knowledge** * ITIL v4 * Computer networking concepts; * Operating systems; * Fundamental information security concepts; * Basic understanding of networks, logs, and incidents; * Basic use of SIEM, EDR, and ticketing systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with playbooks and operational procedures * Prior experience in NOC, SOC, or IT operations; * Ability to work rotating shifts; * Disciplined profile, focused on process and record accuracy; * Knowledge of forensic analysis and incident response. **Benefits:** Discount Club, Birthday Day Off, Food (restaurants and supermarkets), Mobility (fuel and ride-hailing apps), Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, Commuter Allowance
