With a modern production and distribution infrastructure, it operates where livestock farming exists, with owned factories in Patrocínio Paulista (SP), Presidente Prudente (SP), Araguaína (TO), Cuiabá (MT), and Anápolis (GO), as well as distribution centers in Maringá (PR), Campo Grande (MS), Linhares (ES), Xinguara (PA), Bataguassu (MS), Estreito (MA), Gurupi (TO), and Vilhena (RO), continuously investing in innovation and technological development of new products through research and partnerships with Brazil's most renowned educational institutions. ***"Come join our team that, for 47 years, has been opening the gates of Brazilian livestock farming."*** **Responsibilities and duties** ***The Challenges Awaiting You Are:*** * Adjust batches according to GMP guidelines. * Evaluate transportation conditions and raw materials regarding contaminants and any foreign material affecting product quality, recording findings on the inspection checklist. * Collect samples (counterproof) of all products sent to designated locations. * Verify raw materials, ensuring the truck seal integrity upon opening, packaging base condition, requesting returns if inconsistencies are found, guaranteeing product reliability. * Control the receipt of raw materials delivered by suppliers, verifying quantities, quality, weight, and specifications, as well as directing appropriate placement locations. * Control and track all product entries and exits by type, recording data in department spreadsheets to ensure reliable inventory reports, while maintaining organized documentation archives for future reference. * Control storage by verifying product types and suitable storage environments, ensuring proper location assignment and efficient product retrieval for production areas. * Allocate bulk products to their respective silos, preventing product mixing and contamination. * Check silo manual safety valves after each product change. * Label stored products in big bags and pallets with entry date, expiration date, and batch number, ensuring correct usage order in production areas. * Inform production staff about new raw material arrivals so they can manage lot initiation and zeroing. * Monitor all information related to received raw materials alongside departmental controls. * Organize raw material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability conditions according to each material's characteristics, including verification, labeling, and placement in designated locations. * Collaborate with plant management on raw material planning. * Participate in rotating and annual inventories to confirm or dispute physical quantities against system records. * Follow quality control schedules for silo and box cleaning procedures. * Support the quality area (GMP) by providing information such as tanker cleaning validation, raw material analysis schedules when necessary. * Provide support to production teams by monitoring and guiding them in meeting production plans. * Monitor machinery maintenance needs (forklifts) in coordination with maintenance and production management teams. * Participate in personnel management together with HR to implement company rules and procedures. * Perform other unspecified activities as directed by leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** ***Essential Requirements for This Professional We Seek:*** * Completed High School education; * Experience in the field will be an advantage. **Additional information** ***Our Benefits:*** * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Breakfast and lunch provided at the company; * Transportation voucher; * Payroll-deducted loan; ***Additional Information:*** * Work model: On-site; * Contract type: CLT – Indefinite term; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday from 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM. * Work Location: Anápolis Factory.
