Together, we can continue turning challenges into opportunities and ensuring a brilliant future for Brazilian agribusiness! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operationalize process improvement initiatives, ensuring quality, continuity, and SLAs for each request through performance indicator monitoring; * Create, update, and manage **reports and dashboards** in **Power BI**; * Produce **strategic analyses** and generate **insights for decision-making**; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields; * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency; * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency; * Data analysis skills; * Lean methodology knowledge is desirable; * SAP knowledge is a plus; * Experience in building and managing dashboards is considered an advantage.
