Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of labor processes, benefits, and people management, guaranteeing legal compliance and excellence in employee service. * **Job Engineering**: support in job analysis, description and updating. * **Recruitment and Selection**: screening, interviews and support in hiring. * **Onboarding and Probation Period**: integration and follow-up during the probation period. * **Performance Evaluation**: support in implementation and consolidation of results. * **Internal Marketing**: participation in internal communication and engagement initiatives. * **Administrative Management**: employee registration, time tracking control and exit interviews. * Support in developing departmental metrics and managerial reports; * Participate in continuous improvement projects for HR processes.
