Job Summary: Strategically manage the member portfolio of individuals and legal entities, promoting consultative and ongoing relationships and marketing products and services to grow the cooperative. Achieve and exceed commercial targets **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Strategically manage a member portfolio focused on individuals and legal entities, promoting consultative and ongoing relationships. Excel in marketing products and services, ensuring achievement of targets, strengthening ties with members, and supporting the cooperative’s sustainable growth. Main Activities: Provide personalized service, strengthening relationships with members; Develop and execute a visit schedule to ensure effective portfolio coverage; Achieve and exceed commercial targets while prospecting new business opportunities; Monitor portfolio performance indicators and implement corrective actions; Evaluate credit operations, prepare technical opinions, and act to mitigate delinquency; Suggest financial applications and strategies to members; Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies; Support market intelligence and definition of commercial strategies; Develop and train support staff, promoting engagement and a results-oriented culture. **Requirements:** Education: Currently pursuing postgraduate studies Mandatory Certification: CPA-10 Desired Certification: CPA-20 **Required Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate Financial institutions and cooperatives: Advanced Financial products and services: Advanced Commercial portfolio management: Advanced National Financial System legislation: Advanced Credit and risk analysis: Advanced Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT): Advanced Collections and debt renegotiation: Advanced Commercial indicators: Advanced Financial statement analysis and interpretation: Advanced **Benefits:** No benefits reported
