




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, managing pickup and delivery requests, tracking cargo, and providing support for shipping documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in shipping documentation Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday Responsible for serving customers, receiving pickup requests from customers or service providers, initiating pickup requests, dedicated pickups, and cargo deliveries, ensuring timely customer service. Responsible for requesting information about pickups and deliveries from the operations department and transportation agents; for tracking cargo, informing customers about the status of their shipments, providing pickup and destination receipt information, and daily monitoring of the spreadsheet containing cargoes shipped the previous day. Responsible for providing support in issuing shipping documentation.
