After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and crafted by people who wholeheartedly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment linked to the production process, including starting up equipment and peripherals; verify feasibility of executing the production schedule (PCP); ensure all safety devices are operational; and manage critical process variables to guarantee high process performance. * Monitor maintenance activities on equipment under your responsibility; track raw material consumption; analyze and report deviations; periodically conduct rotating inventory checks; and perform various other process-related tasks to ensure optimal departmental operation. * Perform quality routines, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); carry out reprocessing disposal and equipment cleaning; report and quarantine non-conforming products; verify and ensure compliance with the Process Technical Standard (PTS), thereby guaranteeing established quality standards. * Carry out TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment; issue quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags; and actively participate in their resolution.
