Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **Job Description** * Conduct **environmental licensing processes** at the LP (Preliminary License), LI (Installation License), and LO (Operation License) stages, at both state and municipal levels. * Monitor and ensure compliance with **environmental conditions** (LP, LI, LO, Operating Authorization, Water Use Permits, Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Authorizations, and other regulatory requirements). * Plan, implement, and manage **socio-environmental programs**, promoting a sustainability culture among employees, partners, and suppliers. * Manage and ensure up-to-date **environmental legal requirements**, guaranteeing compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Perform **environmental supervision of linear and large-scale construction projects**, assessing impacts and guiding teams on best environmental practices. * Deliver **lectures, training sessions, and awareness-raising initiatives**, disseminating sustainability policies, guidelines, and practices. * Conduct and follow up on **internal audits** of the Integrated Management System (IMS), identifying opportunities for improvement. * Support the preparation of **technical reports**, trend analyses, non-conformance tracking, and participation in IMS critical reviews. * Ensure compliance with standards related to **Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, Social Responsibility, and Asset Management**, as well as adherence to legal and statutory requirements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Environmental Engineering** (or related fields, with active CREA registration). * Proven experience in conducting **environmental licensing** and supervising construction projects. * Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal environmental legislation. * Experience with **Integrated Management Systems (IMS)**, internal audits, and management of legal requirements. * Proficiency in report writing, document management, and non-conformance analysis. * Strong communication skills for delivering training and interacting with environmental agencies. * Ability to work collaboratively, systemic vision, and proactivity. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
