Key Activities: * Responsible for analysis and reconciliation of accounting and financial classifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company standards; * Classification, analysis, and control of costs, revenues, and expenses, identifying potential variances and proposing solutions to optimize entries; * Execution of accounting entries and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including preparation of management reports, ensuring correct classification and standardization of entries; * Collection and organization of data to maintain internal controls and corporate governance, supporting analysis of performance indicator and budget variances; * Calculation and control of costs and allocations for real estate profit maps of the companies; * Generation and monitoring of management indicators and KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel; * Experience with ERP and integrated systems; * Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS); * Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Finance; **Additional Information** * Fixed salary + performance-based bonus. * Transportation allowance. * Meal/food voucher. * Life insurance. * Birthday day off. * Health and dental plans (voluntary enrollment). * TotalPass. * Discounts at partner companies (gyms, clinics, undergraduate and graduate institutions).
