Description: * Completed High School / Technical education; * Experience in the field; * Knowledge in vertical construction (a differentiator). * Define the required team for service execution, checking with the engineer the schedule and nature of the work, aiming at optimal hiring of personnel (contractors and permanent staff), whenever necessary; * Train the team, delivering content to contractors/production supervisors, aiming at execution within company standards, whenever necessary; * Schedule activities, validating the construction schedule with the engineer and aligning execution, aiming at on-time delivery, whenever necessary; * Be responsible for technical details of the project during execution, verifying and monitoring its progress, ensuring that the team delivers what was requested, maintaining established standards, daily; * Release the start of services, completing the quality and productivity control sheet (CQP), aiming at compliance with the process and commencement of construction, whenever necessary; * Supervise construction projects, checking service execution and providing full technical and operational support to the team, aiming at project compliance, daily; * Participate in project studies, meeting with the engineer, analyzing project details, schedule and execution, aiming at better planning and supply of work fronts, whenever necessary; * Supervise the stock of basic materials, monitoring item availability together with the Administrative Foreman and Supply Assistant, validating consumption at work fronts, aiming to ensure materials are always available for work, weekly; * Be responsible for safety standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), monitoring correct usage on site, verifying and ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of the environment, applying 5S principles, aiming to promote occupational health and prevent workplace accidents, daily; * Manage contractor and employee teams, monitoring work and productivity, providing feedback and issuing warnings when necessary, aiming to improve performance and align employees with company norms and procedures, daily; * Be responsible for project information, passing on necessary data to the construction diary and control items, aiming to optimize the engineer's monitoring of execution, daily; * Ensure proper use of equipment, verifying its usage by the team, aiming to protect company assets, daily; * Supervise execution of customized unit services, monitoring the work performed, aiming to ensure delivery as planned, daily; * Report non-conformities, informing through the production quality control form (CQP), for proper follow-up by the engineer, whenever necessary; * Other related duties. 2511160202461873329
