Therefore, we are seeking a committed **Reverse Quality Assistant** to ensure efficiency, care, and excellence in every return and product verification. **Main Responsibilities** * Inspect products returned by customers, distributors, and commercial partners, verifying packaging condition, integrity, batch number, and expiration date; * Classify returns according to their destination: reuse, reprocessing, quarantine, or disposal, following quality criteria and internal standards; * Record information and technical assessments for each return in control systems and spreadsheets; * Support investigations of non-conformities and handling of complaints related to returned products; * Assist in the physical segregation and identification of returned materials to prevent cross-contamination and maintain traceability; * Communicate\-with partner departments (customer service, logistics, regulatory, and commercial) to align on returns and required actions; * Participate in periodic inventories and controls of stocks under analysis, quarantine, or disposal; * Support the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and records related to reverse quality; * Contribute to continuous improvement of return and quality control processes. **Job Requirements** Education: Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Quality Management, or related fields preferred); Desired Knowledge: * Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP); * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ANVISA regulations applicable to the cosmetics sector; * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory or quality management systems (WMS/ERP); **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Organization and good time management; * Clear communication and teamwork; * Analytical mindset and proactivity.
