**Purpose of the Role:**
Responsible for ensuring that production processes are capable of meeting all quality requirements, legal and mandatory requirements stipulated by municipal, state, and federal statutory entities, as well as the company’s global quality standards.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Audit all Quality processes through Process Confirmation, Internal Audits, and GMP inspections;
* Conduct root cause analyses using analytical methodologies to improve KPIs;
* Perform release, block, and movement of finished goods in SAP system for quality-related transactions;
* Execute operational training plans to foster development and dissemination of quality awareness across the entire factory workforce;
* Serve as custodian of the FTR methodology, providing support in visual and performance analyses and generating information for evaluation regarding new materials (raw/auxiliary), new equipment, and new products;
* Comply with and exemplify procedures required by GMP, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards;
* Facilitate implementation and maintenance of 5S standards within your area of responsibility and the operations area;
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Education/Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
* Active CRQ registration;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable;
