Job Summary: Will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects/maintenance of air conditioning systems, supervising teams, and analyzing work orders. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of construction projects/maintenance of air conditioning systems 2. Team supervision and development of procedures 3. Analysis of work orders and development of action plans 1 - Will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects/maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems; 2 - Supervision of execution teams, preparation of reports, development of procedures, material/tool requisitions, and procurement. 3 - Site visits and supervision of services performed by field technicians. 4 - Analysis of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, development of action plans and budgets. 5 - Compliance with disciplinary and safety regulations. 6 - Planning and scheduling of services; 7 - Development of technical procedures for activities; 8 - Sizing of resources required to ensure proper service execution; 9 - Continuous review of the technical scope of services to identify improvement opportunities based on past experience; 10 - Collection of information supporting planning and execution of activities, aiming to optimize labor productivity and other resources.
