Here, everyone is welcome! “This position is also eligible for persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.” **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to various departments within your location to ensure the SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Management System remains operational; * Stay updated, identify, and understand applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements related to occupational safety, acting as a support to management; * Ensure compliance with regulatory processes, aiming for adherence to all relevant legal requirements and corporate standards in the SSMA area; * Conduct SSMA integration activities with employees and third parties; * Perform SSMA audits, monitoring, and evaluation across departments; * Develop educational initiatives in the areas of health, occupational safety, and environmental protection; * Promote SSMA programs such as: SSMA Campaigns, SIPATMA (Internal Occupational Safety and Health Week), Safety Dialogues, etc.; * Participate in expert assessments and inspections; * Ensure compliance with corporate standards, including those applied to service providers and customers, in a technically sound manner; * Manage all processes and comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits, as well as customer requirements (where applicable); * Conduct inspections, audits, and technical evaluations related to SSMA topics—including approval of service providers, issuance and critical analysis of technical opinions and reports; * Control the delivery of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) to employees according to their assigned tasks; * Monitor the use of PPEs and PCEs (Collective Protective Equipment); * Track PPE replacement; * Lead regulatory training initiatives in accordance with current Regulatory Standards, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the strategic operational efficiency plan; * Identify, monitor, and control process-related risks; * Support environmental assessments required for SSMA reports and documentation; * Implement and collaborate with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Emergency Response Team; * Conduct CIPA elections in compliance with legislation; * Promote monthly Emergency Response Team meetings; * Monitor and manage the renewal processes for SSMA-related licenses and permits—such as environmental licenses, AVCB (Fire Prevention and Protection Certificate), and associated conditions; * Assess and authorize high-risk activities at the facility (both for third parties and internal staff); * Serve as a subject-matter expert in SSMA processes, provide technical support, clarify questions, and disseminate knowledge among personnel within the scope of operations; * Complete and submit departmental performance indicators; * Comply with safety and environmental protection standards and procedures during all activities; * Seek and ensure implementation of best practices, continually striving to exceed targets related to SSMA and eliminate critical issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety and active registration; * Ongoing additional studies (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields); * Experience implementing and/or maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications; * Knowledge in occupational health: PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), e-Social, Absences; * Prior experience in this role; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: Unimed National Health Plan (ward or private room); AMIL Dental Plan (basic, intermediate, and executive tiers); Meal Voucher or On-site Restaurant; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefits Program; Life Insurance; Christmas Bonus; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit); Profit-Sharing Program.
